Javita Compensation Plan

There are 2 ways to become a Javita distributor. There is a $599 enrollment option and a $99 enrollment option. The difference between the two are simple: the amount of product you receive in your first order distributor kit and the $599 enrollees are eligible for the $500,000 Rank Advancement and 50% Match Bonuses. Both distributor kits come with all the resources and marketing tools you need to start your business. 

There are 9 ways to get paid with the Javita compensation plan and I will highlight  them here.

1. Retail: Javita distributors can purchase products at wholesale and sell them at retail. The difference is 30%

2. Fast Start Bonus: To qualify for fast start you must be active. Fast start pays 2 level – the enroller and the enroller’s enroller.

3. Unilevel Residual Bonus: The company pays out at 4% across the ranks 14 levels deep, which is twice as much as other network marketing compensation plans out there.

4. Rank Advancement Bonus: Total payout is $500K to the distributor and 50% match to enroller. To earn the bonus and match you must be enrolled at the $599 pack and be on at least 50BV autoship.

5. MAD Bonus (Managers and Directors): This is a monthly bonus similar to profit sharing where pool money is distributed amongst the managers and directors. Meaning if the company had a monthly revenue of 1,000,000 2% of 1,000,000 is 20,000 which will be shared amongst managers and directors based on the number of shares. You must enroll one new member with a $599 pack to qualify and you earn one additional share for each new $599 pack you enroll.

6. Global Quarterly Bonus: For the ranks of Partner and above you get to participate in the global pool.

7. Additional Contracts Allowed: Once you reach Chairman 1 the company will award you with an additional contract. You can sponsor yourself and place yourself on your own front line. So you can start a 3rd leg underneath yourself, essentially double-dipping on your own volume. When you reach Chairman 2 you get a 3rd and Chairman 3 you get a 4th contract.

8. Monthly Growth Bonus: This will be a 10,000 monthly growth bonus shared by the top 5 enrollers based on total volume of new enrollments.

9. Business Development Fund: There will also be a development fun which consists of 1% net local country volume monthly. it is a pool of money used to fund member expenses for local meeting and travel, contests, etc.
